Enrollment Cancellation & Refund Policy

As with any online purchase, our refund policy is governed by specific terms and conditions. We aim to accommodate our users while maintaining clarity and transparency.

Refund Requests

Users may request a refund at any time prior to the commencement date of their selected training batch.

Refund Procedure

Once a refund request is initiated, a 20% transaction processing fee will be deducted from the total training fee paid. The remaining balance will be processed and refunded within 30 working days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays) from the date the request is received.

Exclusions

No refunds will be granted once the user has made the payment and gained access to the training content. This policy is specifically applicable to the Internet of Things (IoT) training programs offered by KT Hub.

Please note that class schedules and durations may occasionally extend beyond the originally planned timelines. This is often due to the time dedicated to thoroughly addressing questions and clarifications raised by other students during sessions.
